Posh Poverty Gift Cards are issued by Waivasir, Inc., a registered business entity. These terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) apply to all digital gift cards (each a “Gift Card” or collectively, "Gift Cards") purchased, obtained, redeemed, or used through our official online store at Posh Poverty. Your purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Gift Card Terms. “Posh Poverty,” “we,” and “our” refer to Waivasir, Inc. or its affiliates.
Gift Cards are redeemable only towards the purchase of eligible goods and services available exclusively on PoshPoverty.com. We do not have any physical retail locations; therefore, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in any physical store or third-party retailer. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases. You can redeem up to ten (10) Gift Cards per transaction.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, canceled, or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than their face value or exchanged for cash (except where required by law).
Gift Cards are not accepted for international purchases outside of our official online store.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized resale or use of our Gift Cards.

Gift Cards expire within one (1) year from the date of purchase. There are no additional fees associated with any Gift Card purchases or redemptions.
If we suspect or determine that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Gift Card Terms, we reserve the right, without notice, to:
Cancel, hold, void, or refuse to accept the Gift Card without a refund.
Suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity.
Cancel or limit orders made with the Gift Card.
Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser at the time of electronic transmission to the designated recipient. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Posh Poverty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSH POVERTY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON THE GIFT CARD.
Any disputes related to Gift Cards will be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any legal claims or proceedings must be brought individually and exclusively in the courts of the United States of America. You consent to waive all defenses of “lack of personal jurisdiction” and “inconvenient forum.”
We reserve the right to modify these Gift Card Terms at any time without prior notice. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to be in full force and effect.
